This is a very cultured martini that even 007 will approve! Whether to shake or stir is entirely up to you. Salut!!
Ingredients
- 2 jiggers (3 oz.) vodka or gin
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) fermented brine from Perfect Pickles
- 1 slice Perfect Pickles as garnish
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Martini glass
Directions
Pour spirit of choice into the shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake or stir 20 times.
Strained into a chilled martini class. Garnish with slice of Perfect Pickles.
