This item is the fermenting device itself; it DOES NOT include a Le Parfait glass jar with 100mm wide-mouth opening. If you're looking for the system that includes the jar, you want the ChouAmi Kit (Device with Jar).

 

Please note that ChouAmi® will not fit a standard wide-mouth mason jar. If you are looking for this version of The Little Fermenter® please check out our Kraut Source®  (which fits on a 86 mm opening) and can be found here.

Limone Salt

The best gift I've received!
